Facilities For The Disabled
Wheelchair access is provided at the following locations:

  • Office Reception
  • Gardens of Remembrance
  • Chapels
  • Flower Terrace
  • Book of Remembrance Chapel
  • Public Tea Room
  • Lavatory at the end of the Cloisters passageway

Privacy
There is a private interview room available, please ask a member of staff.

Hearing Difficulties
Persons with hearing difficulties may make use of the induction loop system installed in the Chapels.
Signing for cremation services is available by prior arrangement with us.

Visually Impaired
A member of staff will be glad to provide, on request, a photocopied enlarged version of any of our information booklets. Should this be insufficient for your needs we will read the information to you.

English Is Not First Language
Translation services are available by prior arrangement but not on demand: please ask a member of staff.

Not From This Area

Elderly and Infirm
Please ask a member of staff for physical assistance should you require it. A wheelchair is available.
